Help centre and dispute desk

Something wrong with a trade? Here's exactly how to get it resolved and what our team needs from you.

How disputes work

1. Talk in the trade room

Most issues are a slow bank transfer. Message your counterparty in the trade chat first — every message is timestamped and visible to our team.

2. Raise a dispute

If you can't resolve it, click Dispute in the trade room. Escrow freezes immediately: no release, no cancellation, nothing moves.

3. Upload evidence

Attach a bank statement or proof of payment showing the payer name, amount, reference and date. Screenshots without account holder details slow reviews down.

4. We decide

Our dispute desk reviews both sides and the chat history, then either releases the USDT to the buyer or returns it to the seller. Both parties are notified by email.

Common situations

Buyer paid, seller unresponsive

Raise a dispute with proof of payment. If the payment is verified, escrow releases to you.

Buyer marked paid but nothing arrived

Do not release. Raise a dispute and let the review run — a screenshot is not proof of settlement.

Wrong amount or wrong reference

Keep it in the trade room and upload the statement. Partial payments are resolved case by case.

Response times

Disputes are reviewed in the order they are received, generally within one business day. Cases involving large amounts or missing evidence may take longer. Escrow stays frozen the entire time, so no funds are at risk while you wait.

ZARXE staff will never contact you first asking for a one-time code, your password or a payment to a personal account. Everything official happens inside the trade room.
