Risk Disclosure
Trading crypto assets carries risk. Read this disclosure together with our Terms & Conditions before opening a trade on ZARXE.
The value of USDT and other crypto assets can move sharply and without warning. Prices quoted on ZARXE adverts are set by individual merchants, not by ZARXE, and can change at any time before a trade is opened.
Nothing on this website, in our guides or in our support channels is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. You are responsible for deciding whether a trade is appropriate for your circumstances.
ZARXE is a peer-to-peer marketplace. Rand payments are made directly between users through South African banking rails. Never release a trade or confirm a payment you have not personally verified in your own bank account, and never move a trade off the platform.
USDT is held in escrow while a trade is open, which protects the crypto asset side of the trade. Escrow cannot recover a rand payment made to the wrong account, a reversed or fraudulent payment, or a payment made outside the platform.
On-chain USDT deposits and withdrawals on TRC20 and BEP20 cannot be reversed. Sending to the wrong address or on the wrong network can result in permanent loss of funds.
Identity verification (KYC) is required for every ZARXE member before trading, whatever the amount. Accounts that cannot be verified will not be able to open trades.
You are responsible for your own tax obligations and for complying with South African exchange control regulations in relation to your trading activity.
Access to the platform can be interrupted by maintenance, network congestion or events outside our control. ZARXE does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the marketplace.
