How it works

Six steps from rand to USDT

Every ZARXE trade follows the same escrow-protected workflow, whether you are buying or selling. Identity verification is required for all members before the first trade.

  1. 01

    Find a merchant

Compare live USDT/ZAR adverts on the marketplace — price, available amount, order limits, payment methods and merchant reputation.

  2. 02

    Open your trade

Enter your rand amount and open an order. Your counterparty is notified immediately and the payment window starts.

  3. 03

    USDT is secured

The seller's USDT is locked in ZARXE escrow for the duration of the trade. It cannot be moved while the order is open.

  4. 04

    Make your ZAR payment

Pay the merchant in rand using the agreed method within the payment window, then mark the payment as sent in the trade room.

  5. 05

    Merchant confirms payment

The seller checks that the rand landed and confirms receipt. If something goes wrong, either side can open a dispute for review.

  6. 06

    USDT is released

Escrow releases the USDT to the buyer's ZARXE wallet, ready to withdraw on TRC20 or BEP20.
