ZARXEPrivacy Policy

Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ZARXE, a peer-to-peer marketplace where users trade Tether (USDT) for South African Rand (ZAR) with one another.

1. What ZARXE does

ZARXE does not buy or sell currency itself. Users post adverts with their own rate, limits and payment window, and other users take those adverts. ZARXE holds the seller's USDT in escrow for the duration of an order and releases it once the seller confirms the rand has arrived.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate details. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account. One person, one account.

3. Verification and limits

You may trade without identity verification up to a cumulative limit. Once your trading volume passes R1 000 000, identity and address verification is required before further trades can settle. We may request verification earlier where required by law or to investigate suspicious activity.

4. Escrow, payment and release

When an order opens, the seller's USDT is locked. The buyer must pay the rand within the payment window set by the seller and mark the order as paid. Once payment is marked, the order can no longer be cancelled by the buyer and must either be released or sent to dispute. Releasing funds requires an explicit confirmation and a one-time code sent to your email.

5. Fees

A platform fee of 1% of the trade value applies to each side of a completed trade. Network fees for on-chain deposits and withdrawals are charged separately at cost.

6. Disputes

Either party may raise a dispute on an order that is marked paid. Both parties may upload evidence such as bank confirmations. ZARXE support reviews the evidence and decides whether to release the escrow to the buyer or return it to the seller. That decision is final within the platform.

7. Prohibited use

You may not use ZARXE for money laundering, fraud, proceeds of crime, sanctions evasion, third-party payments, or trading on behalf of anyone else. We may suspend accounts and freeze funds where we reasonably suspect abuse.

8. Risk

Crypto assets are volatile and transfers on public blockchains are irreversible. Always check the network and address before withdrawing. ZARXE is not liable for losses caused by incorrect withdrawal details or by counterparties you choose to trade with.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service evolves; continued use means you accept the current version. Questions can be sent to support through the app.
